What data we process
- Contact and QuickCheck forms: the data you enter (name, email, company, message) is used solely to handle your enquiry. Transmitted via our email/CRM provider (Brevo) and stored in our EU-hosted database (Supabase, Frankfurt).
- Newsletter (Life Science Journal): double opt-in via Brevo; you can unsubscribe at any time.
- Web analytics: Google Analytics 4, loaded only after explicit consent (Google Consent Mode v2, default denied).
- Cookieless base statistics: Vercel Web Analytics records page visits in aggregated, anonymous form without cookies, fingerprinting or personal profiles; no consent is therefore required.
- Cookieless performance measurement: we record browser loading times (Core Web Vitals: LCP, INP, CLS, FCP, TTFB) in aggregated, anonymous form, without cookies, fingerprinting, personal profiles or IP addresses. The values are not passed to any third party: they stay in our EU-hosted database (Supabase, Frankfurt) and serve solely to improve the speed of this site; no consent is therefore required.
- Microsoft Clarity (session recordings and heatmaps): loaded only after explicit consent, on the same consent basis as Google Analytics.
- Hosting: Vercel (EU region). Fonts are self-hosted, so no data is sent to third-party font CDNs.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. You may withdraw any consent given (e.g. for analytics cookies) at any time with effect for the future.
